High performance supreme square LED cleanroom lighting is a high luminous efficacy LED dust proof lighting fixture with high luminous flux. This supreme clean room lighting is designed protection standard IP65 for class 100 clean room use. Thanks to the flip-up heatsink backplate, it has great performance on heat dissipation and is easy to clean and for maintenance. This clean room lighting fixture has been designed for the relatively high ceilings in the clean rooms, such as 7m ceiling height.
Our supreme dust proof lighting fixture housing is made of SPHC metal body with a high quality baked white enamel finish. Tempered glass sealed seamlessly in SPHC-framed clean room lighting fixture to create a dust-free working place in clean rooms. Two kinds of LED type could be chosen for dust proof rooms－2000 lm LED performs high luminous flux 14080 lm; 4000 lm LED performs high luminous 25600 lm. The luminous efficiency of both of them are at least up to 133.3 lm/w. With 50,000 hours of long life LED span, it vitually eliminates the maintenance fee. It is a perfect LED lighting for use in the precision engineering working areas or in the clean room for food production.
